Remote Support

Quick post-service processing is available so you can get P&S headquarters support for inexperienced parts when you use the equipment for the first time.

CS Team Operation Periodical Inspection

We provide two times pre-service for two years after installation of the equipment. Our CS employees directly visit local companies to provide equipment inspection services.

Spare / Change Part Supply

We can promise that spare parts developed by P&S itself will not be discontinued. You can get quality after-sales service for old equipment as well as new equipment.

Providing Training

Before the equipment is delivered, we will invite the person in charge of the equipment to Korea headquarters to offer various training. In addition to actual equipment usage, we also provide technical training to improve understanding of the equipment and help you to use the equipment smoothly.

S/W Upgrade

The R&D department of P&S is composed of excellent talent from most masters and is developing inspection software optimized for P&S equipment. Considering the convenience of our customers, we always listen to our requirements, and we are continually upgrading for 20 years. At present, more than 20 inspection modules are available, and we are striving for a better inspection environment.
