상세설명
This is a sampling-type inspection system that analyzes the size and distribution of foreign substances by capturing images of specimens made from recycled chips using vision technology.

* Image and inspection results can be checked in the input order of R-chip specimens
* Quantity can be verified by foreign substance size
* Each input is assigned an ID, marked with a coder, and matched with accumulated database results
 
레이아웃
1. Specimen Loading: Up to 200 R-chip specimens can be stacked and loaded (automatically fed one by one) – stock structure
 
 
2. Imaging & Inspection
  A: Each specimen is stopped for image capture (minimizing scratches during imaging)
  B: Defective specimens above the user-defined criteria are ejected via a drop mechanism, while normal samples are discharged to the output section
