DESCRIPTION
PS-21SPD is designed as a total solution system. It is a full automation solution for preform quality control that checks foreign substances, contamination, scratches, circularity, and fine dimensions of 20 micro units for each section five to six times throughout the entire section including TOP SEAL, OVEALITY, INNERWALL, BOTTOM, SIDEWALL, SCREW, and Mold Number.
It is compact and designed with an automated system unlike existing laboratory equipment, which can increase space and manpower efficiency, up to two inspection speeds per minute, and it is very simple and quick to replace the required change parts for each preform specification.
