DESCRIPTION

PS-21RP is high speed rotary type inspection machine which rotates PET bottle 360 degree to fully check on defect during process of PET bottle production. The subjects of inspection are mouth top crack, oval, substance in and out, sidewall and bottom.

The digital camera image in grey-scale improves accuracy and the inspection ability. This machine collects all the data during the inspection process and enables monitoring for the data for quality management.

The mechanical structure of the system enables 24-hour use without any problems and adjustments depending on the product.

The system also has self-diagnostic feature to warn of problem such as breakdown, preventing failure of inspection.
