DESCRIPTION
PS-21RPLV series is a 2 in 1 inspection machine that inspects for bottle leakage or foreign objects on empty PET bottles.

The independent air nozzle is installed for each station, and this model conducts leakage test by blowing a certain level of air pressure into the PET bottle, then the sensor checks the air pressure for a certain time in the rotation zone. After this process, the PET bottle which is under normal air pressure level will be ejected automatically. In addition, through the installed cameras in the infeed / discharging / main carousel portions, this PET Leakage Tester Machine can conduct inspection to detect contamination at the same time.
