DESCRIPTION
PS-21FBI is a high-speed inspection system for foreign-bodies in liquid.
This model’s inspection speed is per 1200EA (100ml) bottles. It searches for glass, rubber, rock, bugs, etc. in filled bottle with high performance.
There are 4 cameras to improve the accuracy of basement inspection (opaque foreign-body, piece of glass and metal, crushed rock). Also, it is designed as a rotary type to operate stably.
It takes machine vision system (PS-21MVS) to run cameras individually. The inspection images are displayed separately to manage inspection process and the established database helps for managing the quality of the product.
