DESCRIPTION

PS-21LFBI is a high-speed inspection system for foreign-bodies in liquid.
This model’s inspection speed is per 600EA (500ml) bottles. It searches for glass, rubber, rock, bugs, etc.

in filled bottle with high performance.
There are multiple cameras to improve the accuracy of basement inspection

(opaque foreign-body, piece of glass and metal, crushed rock).

Also, it is designed as a linear type to minimize the change in logistics structure.
It takes machine vision system (PS-21MVS) to run cameras individually.

The inspection images are displayed separately to manage inspection process and the established database

helps for managing the quality of the product.
