DESCRIPTION
PS-21RCLV is an equipment that supports all-in-one leakage and vision inspection of CAN products under a rotary type of stable logistics.
An independent air nozzle is installed at each station to apply constant pressure to the Can product for a spill test and the sensor checks the air pressure in the rotating area for a certain period of time. The PS-21RCLV's precision air sensor detects leaks up to 50 μm.
In addition, by installing a vision camera on the product logistics line, you can add a variety of vision inspection items (Top, Bottom, Side, Label, etc.) that meet the customer's wishes in addition to the basic inspection items, Welding Line inspection.
