DESCRIPTION
PS-21RG is a credible and precise rotary-type inspection machine that automatically inspections damage, flaws, external substances (bottom and side- wall of bottle), and uncleanness in an empty bottle.
 
The inspection is conducted safely using gripper star wheel during the transfer progress of the bottles.
It also provides the infeed star wheel which enables operation in limited space. The star wheels located at the outlet sort the bottles and send them to 2 conveyers. It has a gripper-style structure so to better seek deficient products compared to the previous type.
