PS-21C is a newly stand alone model for testing cap sealing condition for the food&beverage and medicine bottle. Optionally, level, date code and label inspection can be added and installed without changing the conveyor conditions on the production site.
[DATE COADING INSPECTOR]
PS-21DC is a linear type control-rack built-in inspector. This model is specialized for inspecting the date code printed on the can bottom, and the inspection speed is more than 1,500cans per minute. In particular, it can inspecting for badly printed date coding by OCR function. Also, it allows not only two layers of aluminum cans but also three layers of steel cans to be inspected without changing the illumination and modifying the program by using special LED illumination.
[LEVEL INSPECTOR]
This is for inspecting the amount of contents after filling.
Appling the detection of the average value of a filling surface, it enables accurate inspection whether the contents are transparent or opaque.
[CAP INSPECTOR]
This is for inspecting the cap type of a filling bottle.
This equipment detect the defect by separating the difference between the normal caps with the color, design and shape.
