DESCRIPTION

The PS-21RPFI-H is a high-speed automated inspection system with a rotary design, capable of inspecting prefilled syringes efficiently. It comes equipped with integrated denesting/renesting units and automated logistics handling, enabling streamlined, continuous inspection.
This system performs comprehensive internal foreign substance inspection, as well as external inspections such as filling level, cap presence and alignment, and stopper contamination. Additional camera modules can be installed to expand inspection options according to customer needs.
Defect Inspection is possible based on accurate inspection image acquisition and reading by applying our own patented technology that combines high-brightness lighting and high-resolution digital cameras with P&S's own special inspection algorithm.
Moreover, This machine can save, check, and print through inspection database anytime users need, and also can build Smart Factory to link user's system.
