The PS-21RPFI-HV is a rotary-type automated inspection system specifically designed for high-viscosity prefilled syringes. It is equipped with an optional denester and renester, along with automated logistics handling, to ensure seamless high-speed operation.
Tailored for high-viscosity applications, this system excludes the pre-spin function and instead increases the number of image captures per syringe to enhance inspection reliability for viscous contents.
The standard inspection scope includes internal foreign matter detection, fill level, cap and stopper inspection, and external surface inspection. Additional cameras can be installed based on customer-specific inspection requirements.
Utilizing high-intensity lighting, high-resolution cameras, and P&S’s proprietary inspection algorithms, the PS-21RPFI-HV delivers highly accurate defect detection and reliable image analysis. All inspection data can be stored, reviewed, and exported, and the system supports integration with smart factory platforms.
