DESCRIPTION
The PS-21AF is an equipment that can automatically inspect anti-forms by applying the P&S development vision part.
During the process of cultivating the vaccine, foam or bubble is created due to various foam-inducing substances, which cause a lot of problems in process manipulation, so it should be removed with chemicals such as anti-foam at the right time. Using P&S' Unsupervised Learning Machine, P&S automatically checks whether foam or bubble is filled, and if it is above the set standard, abnormal signals are sent to process it. Unlike deep learning, the Unsupervised algorithm automatically classifies color information as soon as you click the setting button without requiring large amounts of data, so it is excellent for user convenience as well as preventing false detection.
