DESCRIPTION

PE-21SAI is a pre-filled syringe product-specific inspection facility designed to be located between the rear end of the filling and sterilization process, labeling and packaging leaflets. Stable logistics are possible through the logistics of 1 Wheel Rotary Index Type and the transfer of products using VACUUM method. Innovative design enables minimized installation in space.
As a basic inspection item, you can inspect the overall appearance of the pre-filled syringe, including foreign substances, filling, cap, and stopper substances, and you can add additional inspection options by expanding the camera according to the customer's choice.
Defect inspection is possible based on accurate inspection image acquisition and reading by applying our own patented technology that combines high-brightness lighting and high-resolution digital cameras with P&S's own special inspection algorithm.
Moreover, this machine can save, check, and print through inspection database anytime users need, and also can build Smart Factory to link user's system.
