DESCRIPTION
PE-21RLBI is an inspection system for detecting foreign substances on the pre-filled syringe label.
The index rotary type inspection facility enables stable inspection and can be inspected at a maximum speed of 120 BPM. More accurate inspection results can be expected by applying P&S's proprietary matching inspection algorithm and line scanning camera that can be fully inspected 360 degrees.
Basic inspection items include quality of label , folding label, double attachment of label, quality of coding printing, OCR, OCV, etc.
