DESCRIPTION
PS-21AIE is an AI-based automatic injection inspection system.
It is a supervision learning method that distinguishes between normal and defective, and the goal is to automate 100% of the time. The entire process is automatically set up until loading from the packaging case, cleaning and inspection, and unloading to the case.
The top/bottom/side and visibility windows are inspected with precision of 50 μm, and various patented technologies of P&S such as precision handling using fushers and inspection algorithms are applied.
