DESCRIPTION

The PS-21RFBI is a machine that supports high-speed inspection of foreign substances in injection products. The 3wheel rotary type is applied, and high-speed inspection in vacuum space enables stable logistics movement without shaking the product.
As a basic inspection item, you can inspect vial cap printing and foreign substance, inner floating foreign substance, bottom sediment and foreign substance, and it can be added additional inspection options by expanding the camera according to the customer's choice.
Defect Inspection is possible based on accurate inspection image acquisition and reading by applying our own patented technology that combines high-intensity LED illumination and high-resolution digital cameras with P&S's own special inspection algorithm.
Moreover, this machine can save, check, and print through inspection database anytime users need, and also can build Smart Factory to link user's system.
