DESCRIPTION

The PS-21RSI is a linear type vial inspection machine that can be installed easily and quickly according to the existing production logistics for customer.
By controlling logistics using side belts, it can create a stable logistics environment in
the conditions of various customers. With simple replacement of the side belt, various
vial products can be inspected by size. Users can check foreign substances, cracks, sediment, fill and sealing condition using high-intensity LED illumination and high-resolution digital cameras, it can combine the images taken with four special cameras installed at 90 degrees intervals into a single scan image to inspect all 360 degrees without dead zone. Moreover, this machine can save, check, and print through inspection database anytime users need, and also can build Smart Factory to link user's system.
