DESCRIPTION
The PS-21RFBI is a high-speed inspection system for detecting foreign substances in PP ampule injections. 3 Wheel Rotary Type logistics and VACUUM method transportation enable stable logistics even during high-speed inspection.
The basic inspection items include suspension inside the ample, printing on the top of the fill, tilting the neck and floor sediment, and adding the desired inspection option by adding a camera to the customer's choice.
Defect inspection is possible based on accurate inspection image acquisition and reading by applying our own patented technology that combines high-brightness lighting and high-resolution digital cameras with P&S's own special inspection algorithm.
Moreover, This machine can save, check, and print through inspection database anytime users need, and also can build Smart Factory to link uesr's system.
